Judy Bloch, Customer Experience Manager with UMB Bank (and previously with CITI and Sprint as their Customer Experience manager) will explore the Essentials of the Customer Experience and customer experience management- including knowing your customer & understanding their journeys, listening to your customers, and driving continuous improvement.
October 29 - Accelerating Teamwork
Jeremy Gray with Noble Consulting and Executive Director of John Maxwell will lead an energetic and fun session on Accelerating Teamwork helping to get you from the “doer” to the leader.
November 19 - Forecast Your Financials
Mike DeMaio and Angela Eberhart with Crown CFO will help you to develop your financial forecast.
December 10 - Develop Your 2021 Vision
