Dining Services’ annual Holiday Luncheon will be served this year in the former javajazz location. The buffet will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, in COM 153. The cost is $9.95.

Buffet Menu

  • Prime rib (approximately 5 oz.)
  • Shrimp and rice
  • Green chili and Jack cheese casserole
  • Green beans

Side Salads

  • Baby spinach salad with fresh berries, goat cheese and tarragon vinaigrette
  • Greek salad
  • Chopped salad with sun dried tomato bacon ranch dressing

Dessert (choose one)

  • Pie: apple, cherry, pumpkin or pecan
