Current Students Called to Active Duty
The college's refund policy specifically addresses refunds for students directed to report for active military duty during an academic term and for students who volunteer for military services during an academic term.
If you're called to active duty, notify the JCCC Veteran Services office immediately.
To get a tuition refund, submit a Tuition Refund Appeal form (PDF) and a copy of your active duty orders to Dean of Students office, Student Center room 325.
You will need to follow the standard JCCC withdrawal policy for dropping your classes.
