Verify Receipt of Third-Party Authorization

Instructions to Verify Third-Party has Received your Authorization
 

To verify your third-party authorization has been received:

  • Log into MyJCCC
  • Select EASI
  • Select Student and Financial Aid
  • Select Student Records
  • Select View Holds

If we have a valid authorization to bill your third-party, a hold type should display the following "Third Party Auth - Tuition" and/or "Third Party Auth - Books".

  • Summer 2012 - Tuition is due before May 29 at 5 p.m. (see tuition and deadlines)
  • Fall 2012 - Tuition is due before August 13 at 5 p.m.
