JCCC will grant four (4) hours of physical education credit for basic training. You may also be eligible to earn credit from courses you’ve completed while in the military.  JCCC faculty will determine whether the course credit recommended by the American Council of Education (ACE) is equivalent to courses taught by the college. Military evaluations are free to JCCC students.

Submit at least one of the following documents to Testing Services for evaluation:

• DD214, Armed Forces of the United States Report of Transfer or Discharge
• DD295, Application for the Evaluation of Learning Experiences
• Transcript of in-service training from appropriate service or an Office Report of Educational Achievement through the United States Armed Forces Institute
• AARTS - Army/ACE Registry Transcript System
• SMART - Marine Corps/Navy Transcript System
