Horticulture 2 + 2 Program

JCCC has a 2+2 articulation agreement with Kansas State University where students can take the first two years of horticulture curriculum at JCCC and transfer to KSU to complete their horticulture degree. Our transfer curriculum provides students with solid skills and comprehensive courses in the green industry. The curriculum allows students to confidently enter the next level of professional education. Courses which transfer to KSU include HORT 201 (Introduction to Horticulture), HORT 205 (Plant Propagation), HORT 210 (Concepts of Floral Design), HORT 214 (Woody Plants I, Deciduous), HORT 215 (Woody Plants II, Evergreens), and HORT 220 (Herbaceous Plants).
