OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Entercom Kansas City announced today that 1660 The Score will be the official radio voice of Johnson County Community College Cavalier Men’s and Women’s Basketball for the 2017-18 seasons.  Eleven-time award-winning play by play broadcaster Mark Miller will be the voice of the Cavaliers.

The Score will tip off its basketball coverage Saturday November 4th as the Lady Cavaliers face North Central Missouri College. In all, 1660 The Score will broadcast a combined 18 men and women’s games and will broadcast post season tournament play for the Cavaliers.

Miller has broadcast high school and college football and basketball for 13 years on 610 Sports Radio and 1660 The Score, where he’s the play-by- play voice of Rockhurst High School.

“We’re excited to continue the tradition of serving our community by broadcasting local athletics.  Our goal is to have 1660 The Score be known as the place to hear local sports across the metro.”

610 Sports Radio is Kansas City’s play-by-play leader as the Flagship Station of the Kansas City Royals and Home of Kansas State athletics. 1660 the Score is Kansas City’s home for nationally syndicated sports talk with Dan Patrick,  Colin Cowherd and Doug Gottlieb.  The Score also airs Kansas State University Women’s basketball, Rockhurst High School football and basketball, as well as the NFL and college football.
