Parents can learn what they need to know about college planning at JCCC Feb. 4

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Parents of high school sophomores, juniors and seniors can learn what they need to know as their children begin planning for college during an information night at Johnson County Community College.

The session will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, in rooms 101C and D of the Regnier Center on the east side of the JCCC campus. Topics include college visits, admissions standards, financial aid, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Sessions also will be offered for parents of students who are considering JCCC. Presentations will be offered in English and Spanish.
