JCCC hosts ‘College Planning for Parents’
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Johnson County Community College admissions office is hosting a College Planning for Parents session from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, in room 234 of the Carlsen Center. The event is geared for parents of high school juniors and seniors who want to learn more about how they can assist their child with the college search process and about financial aid.
The event will include college planning information on:
- campus visits
- JCCC admissions
- financial aid and scholarships
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
