Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Annual Notice
Substance Abuse Policy 424.03 (Employees)
The College supports and endorses the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act amendments of 1989. Pursuant to these Acts, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance or abuse of alcohol (as defined in these Acts) by a student on College property or as part of any College activity is prohibited.
The College distributes to all students annually information about the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act. The College conducts a biennial review of this procedure as required by the Acts.
