Section 419: Employee Benefits and Leaves

Any employee of the college who is absent from work to participate in a legal proceeding pursuant to a summons or subpoena will not lose any salary or wages as a result thereof. An employee is required to immediately report to his/her supervisor the dates of absence that will be required to comply with the summons or subpoena and provide a copy of the court issued documentation requiring attendance.
