Out and About with JCCC

September 24, 2016

Community engagement activities showcase innovative experiences

JCCC students, faculty and staff packed up and hit the road in recent months to take a sample of our campus life to the community. You could catch JCCC representatives at Sporting Kansas City soccer matches, T-Bones baseball games and the Spencer C. Duncan Make It Count 5K Run. JCCC’s partnership with Sporting KC also included a player appearance on campus while students enjoyed bubble soccer.

People at these events enjoyed delicious pastries from our Hospitality and Culinary program and bike-blended smoothies compliments of the Center for Sustainability. In addition, they learned about the many JCCC programs, including respiratory care, neurodiagnostic technology and cosmetology.

If you missed JCCC at these community events, don’t worry. You can check out our campus anytime with a virtual tour.
