Professional staff are trained to work with international and immigrant students to help with the regulations and requirements needed to maintain eligibility so that they are successful with their educational goals in the United States. Included in these services counseling, assistance with documentation and eligible programs, employment, finances, living arrangements, including adjustment to the cultural changes. They also play a role to assist students to collaborate and become involved in campus activities so that they adapt more easily.
