Melt-in-your-mouth, freshly-baked pastries are on sale at the Johnson County Community College pastry shop during the fall and spring semesters.
Location: Hospitality Culinary Academy
Hours: Every Friday when classes are in session from 3 p.m. until sold out or 5:30 p.m.

Pastries are freshly made by students in JCCC's pastry/baking certificate program. Proceeds from pastry sales support the students in the pastry/baking program at JCCC. Please know that the program uses the highest quality ingredients to produce its products. The shop is an educational opportunity for our students; our intention is to cover our costs. However, please be aware that all baking is performed by students in training while under the supervision of faculty at JCCC. Not every item may be available every week, and, occasionally, items may not look like the photos, as different ingredients or processes may be used that week.
