Honors Service Learning
The 20-hour service learning option offered by the honors program is intended to help students gain an appreciation for the value of involvement in their communities and recognize the obligation of citizens to engage in civic activities. A variety of options is available for students to fulfill this program option and students may also propose their own activities. Students who select the service learning option will document their activities by writing a reflection paper and submitting it to the honors program director prior to graduation. Refer to Service Learning Reflection Paper Guidelines (PDF) for more details.
