The Strategic Planning Council is made up of Strategic Planning Initiative Committees which are cross-functional teams consisting of people representing specific areas of the institution with membership on an annually rotating basis. The charge of the committees is to determine the institutional goal of the assigned strategic initiative, utilize all evidence available to benchmark where the college currently stands in its attainment of that goal, and design projects that will assist in reaching and exceeding the stated goal. Afterward, the committees will monitor the projects and use data to modify, if necessary, the means to reach the desired ends. (Continual Quality Improvement) The council meets in the spring and fall.
