JCCC Spring Fashion Shows ‘Earth, Wind, Fire & Ice’
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College’s fashion merchandising and design students will present their spring 2008 fashion show,
Elements of Fashion – Earth, Wind, Fire & Ice, at noon and 7 p.m. Friday, March 7, in Polsky Theatre of the Carlsen Center. The cost is $5 students, $8 general public (in advance) or $10 (at the door). Tickets are available by calling the Carlsen Center box office, 913-469-4445. A portion of the proceeds will support the Kelsey Smith Foundation, a not-for-profit charity created to proactively protect youth and young adults.
The models, both male and female JCCC students, will be wearing fashions from local retailers and 15 design students. The retailers include Bella B’s Boutique, Betsey Johnson, Epic, Saltmine, PacSun and Take A Haliday.
