Volleyball team wins JCCC Challenge

OVERLAND PARK, KS --  The Johnson County Community College volleyball team, ranked No. 6 in the NJCAA, won all four matches in the 2007 JCCC Challenge.  The Cavaliers opened play Friday evening with a 30-22, 27-30, 35-33, 30-26 victory over Lincoln Land, and followed with a 31-33, 30-17, 30-28, 30-17 win over Central (Neb.) College.  On Saturday, the Cavaliers downed No. 18 North Platte 22-30, 30-18, 30-26, 30-25.  They concluded the weekend with a 30-13, 30-16, 30-26 victory over Southwestern Iowa.  

JCCC improves to 15-3 overall, and stand 4-0 in East Jayhawk Conference play.
