Region Baseball Playoffs delayed one day

Overland Park, KS - Johnson County Community College head baseball coach Kent Shelley announced this morning the Cavaliers first round Region VI playoff game against Cloud County on Saturday, May 3, has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 4. Wet field conditions caused by last night's rain forced the change in the date. JCCC and Cloud will open the best of three series at 12:05 p.m., Sunday, May 4, with Game 2 to follow. A third game if needed will be played on Monday, May 5, at 1 p.m.
