Credit Students

To log in to your MyJCCC account the first time, you will need your JCCC-generated user name.  Your user name is not the Login ID you created on your online application for admission, nor is it your eight-digit JCCC-generated student ID number.  To retrieve your user name, click the “What’s my user name” link under the MyJCCC log in box. You will also need the six-digit (all numbers) PIN you created on your most recent application.  Enter that PIN in the password box.  If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to visit the Success Center with a photo ID to find out what it is before you can log into MyJCCC.  Your PIN is not your eight-digit JCCC-generated student ID number.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be asked to create a password.  Visit our Password requirements and guidelines at JCCC page for more information on how to create a strong password.

Continuing Education Students

Employees

You will also need your six-digit (all numbers) PIN.  Enter that PIN in the password box.  If you do not have a PIN, you may call 913-469-8500 ext.3877, 3125 or 3111 and the Human Resources staff will look up the information.  Your PIN is not your eight-digit JCCC-generated ID number.

Your JCCC email address is based on your user name.  For example, if jsmith01 is your user name, jsmith01@jccc.edu is your email address.
