Section 419: Employee Benefits
An employee who does not report for work due to inclement weather
conditions even
though the college remains open will have the privilege of charging such
leave of absence to a personal day or vacation leave. Leave without pay
may be given where no leave is accrued, at the discretion of the college.
An employee who does report to work will be paid at his/her regular rate of
pay. The college reserves the right to consider the severity of the
conditions in determining exceptions to this policy.
