Section 312: Tuition and Fees/Refunds/Returned Checks
If a check made payable to the college is returned by a bank for any
reason, the student's records will be placed on hold, and the student will
be charged a returned check fee for each returned check.
Specific guidelines for handling returned checks will be established by the
director of financial services and the director of budget and auxiliary
services. These guidelines will be published in the college catalog, the
current schedule of classes and other appropriate college publications.
