Section 210: Accounting and Auditing

The board shall, at its annual organizational meeting or at such other meeting as it may determine, adopt a resolution(s) setting forth the bank or banks designated as a depository of the college, the officials designated to deposit or withdraw funds from such designated bank(s), and the official(s) designated to authorize release of funds to satisfy obligations of the college or otherwise facilitate the efficient conduct of college business.
