What is the Individual Development System?
(The individual development system allows both faculty and supervisors to work together to identify common goals and career objectives.  The use of a database connected to a Web interface provides flexibility in working together and allows a tracking mechanism to help with past and future professional, organizational and personal goals.)

What are Individual Goals?
(The Individual Goals section of the Individual Development System organizes in one location the ability to input, revise and print a final hard-copy of each individual self-assessment, professional, and personal goal)

What are Individual Accomplishments?

(The Individual accomplishments section provides the opportunity for individuals to collect their history of events in their professional life.  This process helps with goal setting and provides a location to log or post goals and objectives.  Some individuals use this tool to collect accomplishments used in portfolio building and also to assist in submitting items for "First, Best, Most, Only Recognition")

What is a Goal Setting Checklist?
(This page provides a review of methods to establishing goals by creating a written plan for reasonable and measurable long-term and short-term objectives. This checklist is typically used prior to entering Individual Development Plan goals and objectives.)
