Did you know that there are 3 different ways you get a CavCard and add stored value funds for your student to use at the Bookstore and Dining Services?

1.  Online:

Add funds online by going to CavCard Online . Please note that funds loaded through the Web site may not be available to use for up to 24 hours after transaction.


2.  By Phone:

Call the CavCard office during normal business hours to add stored value funds to a CavCard account with MasterCard, American Express, Visa, or Discover. We will process the transaction while you are on the phone and the funds will be available for use immediately. Normal business hours for the CavCard office are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.– 4 p.m.; phone number (913) 469-8500 ext.4537.


3.  In Person:

CavCards are also available at the following locations:
  • Bookstore/Dining Services Administrative Offices SC110
    (Monday-Friday between 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.).
  • Café Tempo ( Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art)
  • Dining Down Under (COM Lower Level)
  • Encore! Espresso (Carlsen Center 1st Floor)                        
  • Food Court (COM 1.5 Level)
