What is the JCCC Wireless Network?
JCCC is currently using a Wireless Network available for both students and employees.  The following locations have access points on the JCCC Campus:
  • Arts and Technology Building (Auto Shop Area and RM 123)
  • Billington Library (LIB) 1st & 2nd floor Library Services, Rooms 301 and 331
  • Carlsen Center (all areas)
  • Classroom Laboratory Building (CLB) 1st floor
  • Commons Building (all areas)
  • General Education Building (GEB) 1st floor (Speer Board Room Area)
  • General Education Building (GEB) 2nd floor (Craig Auditorium Area)
  • Nerman Museum (all areas)
  • Regnier Center (all areas)
  • Student Center (all areas)
The JCCC WIFI network works outside the campus firewall and provides access to resources similar to those found from locations off-campus.  This network will not provide access to on-campus printers or secure servers.  Individuals will have access to MyJCCC (Pipeline), WebCT, and e-mail.

What do I need?
  • Computer or Wireless PDA
  • 802.11 a, b or g compliant wireless card (some laptops may have internal cards)
