What's cooking in Dining Services?
Executive Chef Tim JohnsonTim Johnson is JCCC's award-winning Executive Chef for Dining Services. In 2009, Dining Services claimed the bronze medal in the Catering-Standard Menu category of the National Association of College and University Food Services 2009 Dining Awards. In 2008, he brought home his third bronze medal from the Regional NACUFS Culinary Challenge. In addition to these accolades, Chef Johnson has brought some fresh, new ideas. One of which is Dining Service's move toward sustainability through the use and promotion of locally grown produce, poultry, dairy and meat.
