Please follow these steps to obtain your refund.

1. Look for the sticker that reads: 
   JOHNSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE VENDING SERVICES    For Repair or Refund call 469-8500 ext. 3142.
    

2. Call 469-8500 Ext. 3142 with the following information:
   Machine location: COM, 2nd floor OCB, etc...
   The selection attempted: C4, snickers, etc...
   Nature of the problem: product jam, no product, etc...
   Amount of money lost
    

3. You may obtain a refund by going to a cashier in the Food Court (COM 1.5), javajazz@jccc (COM 1.5), Dining Down Under (COM Lower Level) or Encore! Espresso in the Carlsen Center.  Any refund over $2.00 must be approved by a manager.
