Continuing Education Payment Plans

You will need your JCCC ID number, your JCCC user name and your JCCC password. For verification of your information, please call continuing education registration at 913-469-2323.
1. Go to the JCCC homepage (www.jccc.edu)

2. Click on MyJCCC (located on the upper right side). Enter your User Name and  Password to log in.

3. Click on the My Finances tab at top of screen.

4. Then simply follow the directions to:
  •         Make a one-time payment        
  •         Set up a payment plan (see guidelines below)
  •         Authorize others (parents, employers) to pay your bill
  •         Set up a bank account for direct deposit of refunds
5. Payment Plan Guidelines
  • From the list of payment plans available, select the course you will be taking.
  • The next screen provides general information. Click Continue.
  • Your initial payment of 1/3rd minimum of the total cost will be required at set up time. You can make a larger payment and that will reduce the balance to be divided into the remaining two payments. Please note that there is a $30 non-refundable set-up fee added to your total.
  • Click on Display Payment Schedule to display when and how much your payments will be.
  • Click on Continue to provide a payment method, bank account or credit card (required). If you have already saved the payment method you wish to use, select it from the drop-down menu. You may change to a different method before the next installment is due.
  • To complete your enrollment in the Payment Plan, sign the agreement page with the last four digits of your student ID number.  Please make sure you read and understand the agreement.  If you don’t, please cancel and contact businessoffice@jccc.edu or 913-469-2567.
  • Once enrolled, the screen will show you the amount you just paid. You will also receive a confirmation email which will detail the dates and amounts of your next payments.
Notes: (1) If you do not pay or enroll in a payment plan the day of registration, you will be dropped the next business day. (2) Installments automatically come out at 5:00 a.m. on the due dates. (3) If you add or drop classes, your payment plan will be recalculated the next day and you will receive an email with the new payment details. (4) If you make a payment after you enroll in the payment plan, you will receive an email with the new installment amounts. (5) A $50 late fee will be assessed when a payment deadline (including grace period) is missed.  (6) If your account is not paid in full on the last installment date, you will be restricted from using any JCCC payment plan in the future.
