All assessment tests will be administered on computer (COMPASS) in Student Center, Testing Services, SC334

  • Test battery includes sections on writing skills, reading skills, and mathematics (calculator permitted).
  • Average test time for complete battery is approximately 2 hours.
  • Study guides are available through Testing Services SC334 and the Student Success Center or by clicking the English Study Guide or the Math Study Guide via testing services. See COMPASS Sample Questions at ACT.
  • Given on walk-in basis; no appointment.
  • You must know your JCCC eight-digit ID number.
  • Score reports are available after the test. One retest per term is possible, under certain circumstances, with permission from Testing Services.
