Renee’s role as a career counselor in the Career Services Center is to help individuals identify their interests, skills and talents, and explore career options so they can apply them to work they are passionate about. She received a Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene Education from University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education – Student Personnel Services from Emporia State University. During her spare time, Renee enjoys traveling and doing any type of needlework, especially quilting. She is committed to lifelong learning and believes that “learning opens the world to minds ripe for the journey.”
