Administrative Assistant II
Carol’s job as the Administrative Assistant in the Career Services Center is to provide clerical support to the center’s staff and director. She is responsible for scheduling mock interviews, tours, and presentations, handling purchasing and other financial transactions for the department, and recording minutes for meetings. Other duties include registration and preparation for the First Impressions business etiquette workshop and assisting with event planning and special projects as needed. Prior to joining JCCC in July of 2008, Carol worked for the Blue Valley School District for over five years. Her interests outside work include reading, travel, cooking and music, particularly live concert performances. |
