Doug Lansky: Signspotting - The Art of Miscommunication
Thursday, February 18, 2010
1:00p.m.-2:00p.m. in GEB 233 (Craig Community Auditorium)

In 1993, keynote speaker Doug Lansky began collecting funny signs from all over the world. Over 15 years and 30,000 signs later, he shares them with audiences, weaving together hilarious images from his collection with his equally outrageous travel anecdotes and observations. Both entertaining and enlightening, these signs offer insight on cultural differences, while others simply highlight the comical challenges that all travelers face.
