JCCC students may access their grades and unofficial transcript online. Final grades become available online after all grades have been submitted by all instructors and grade processing is complete. Grades are generally available on the Web three business days after the last date of final exams. This date is published in the academic calendar for each term.

JCCC does not mail final grades to students. All students are expected to know their MyJCCC username and password so that they may access their grade information online.

To view your grades or unofficial transcript online:

Go to www.jccc.edu and log in to MyJCCC at the top right corner of the Web Page
Select the EASI tab
Select “Student & Financial Aid”
Select “Student Records”
Select “Final Grades” to view your grades for the current semester
Or select “Academic Transcript” to view a copy of your complete unofficial transcript
