The Student Success Center is an interactive resource center offering prospective and current students nearly every informational resource and service necessary to succeed at JCCC.

The Student Success Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Center, is a one-stop shop for all your steps to enroll and other questions. Professional staff from all Student Services offices are located in this one place to assist students with most of their needs and questions, regarding admissions, enrollment, records and financial aid, as well as counseling, career and access services.

Attend a New Student Orientation

    New students and students who are not currently attending JCCC must attend a New Student Orientation before meeting with a counselor.  These sessions provide important information you need before you talk with a counselor and attend classes at JCCC.  The session will explain entrance assessments, special application procedures, course scheduling, tuition payments, financial services and resources available to help you.  These are offered on the hour and last about 45 minutes.

    Sessions are held daily on the second floor, Student Center, on the JCCC campus. If you would prefer to take the self-paced tutorial on the web instead of attending this orientation in person, select the link below to begin the orientation.
