Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and/or delivery of a comprehensive schedule of faculty development programs and serves as a resource to meet the professional development needs of all college faculty.
• Completion of required administrative reports including (but not limited to) the CTL year-end report and CTL program review.
• Oversees development and publication of material and marketing plan for the Center for Teaching and Learning activities.
• Submits annual budget for CTL activities to the Director of Staff and Organizational Development.
• Coordinates activities and chairs regular meetings with the CTL Associates and/or CTL Advisory Council.
• Coordinates the development and programing of:

  • New Faculty Orientation
  • New Adjunct Faculty Orientation
  • Adjunct Certification Training (ACT)
  • Faculty Mentoring
  • Faculty Professional Development Days
  • Master Teachers Workshop

• Develops faculty development programs/sessions for Banner.
• Manages the CTL Grants program and coordinates the application process for grant recipients.
