Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze needs for computer training for faculty and staff;
  • Analyze technology needs for group training;
  • Develop a curriculum that acknowledges diversity of skills, knowledge, and computer literacy in faculty and staff college-wide;
  • Schedule classes and reserve classrooms and computer labs;
  • Secure trainers and, with Staff Development Office, provide support; Conduct training classes as needed;
  • Evaluate courses and instruction;
  • Plan for future needs and revisions; Work with Director of Staff Development and Information Services to set technology training goals;
  • Coordinate with departments, divisions, and Information Services to deliver technology training when it is needed to accommodate new information technology programs.
