Mission

The mission of Academic Technology Services (ATS) is to promote and support the use of technology by students, faculty, and staff at Johnson County Community College.

Specifically:

  • Facilitate a centralized end-user support desk for all Information Services systems and applications.
  • Support computing in faculty and staff offices
  • Support and maximize the use of technology by students, faculty and staff.
  • Support instruction by providing distance learning software and hardware tools.
  • Manage and support computer laboratories and media classrooms.
  • Manage and support the use of host computer systems used by students and faculty for instruction and research.
  • Provide student technical support.

Office Support:

  • Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Lab Support Hours:
  • Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m.– 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. (Closed during the Summer)
