Media Production Services operates on a "first requested, first served" basis and asks that the appropriate service request form be completed before any services are scheduled. Request forms for the various services offered by the department are available in LIB 145, in the Underlying Pages section of  the Television Services Department List page, or can be requested via intercampus mail or fax by calling the department's administrative assistant, Paula Corte, at ext. 3344.

A minimum advance notice of five working days is recommended for most services offered.
