JCCC's image and audio voice recording release is part of the application for admission and is available on paper from the administrative photographer.

Image and Audio Voice Recording Release

I grant to Johnson County Community College and all those acting with its authority (collectively referred to as “JCCC”) the unrestricted right to use my image(s) (“Image”) and my audio voice recording(s) (“Audio”) as captured by JCCC in photographs, film tape, video, or other medium (“Images”); to copy, modify, create derivatives and otherwise use an Image and/or Audio in any medium for any purpose whatsoever; and use and permit to be used my name, whether in original or modified form, in connection with the Images and/or Audio as JCCC may choose. I waive all rights and release and discharge JCCC from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against JCCC for, any claim, demand or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the Images and/or Audio. By submitting my application to JCCC [clicking on the “Application is Complete” button], I represent that I am 18 years of age or older and am free to grant this release.

If I am not 18 years of age or older, then in addition to my signature on this application, my undersigned parent or legal guardian has also executed this application. By our submission of this application to JCCC, we represent that we are free to grant this release.
