5,000 sq. ft. divisible into four quadrants
Seating capacity maximum is 330 for Theatre Seating; 250 for Banquets
Rental charge per day is $1,000 for the entire space, $750 for half and $500 for
one quarter of the space

Beverly R. and Harvey S. Bodker Executive Classroom

Boardroom Configuration for 12
Can be used for meetings as well as dining
Rental charge is $40 per hour with a $160 minimum
Classroom Description

Meeting Rooms and Classrooms

Seating capacity 10 – 30
Rental charges range from $15-$40 per hour with a $60-$160 minimum

Atrium

Two story glassed atrium separates the Regnier Center and the Nerman Museum
Elegant venue for receptions and buffet meals
Capacity is 175
Rental charge is $150 with the rental of any other space
Atrium space rental only is $500.

The Cube

Specialty two-story space with floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room
Seating capacity is 32 for an “Open Box” Configuration; 48 for Banquets
Rental charge is $75 per hour with a $300 minimum
