The Scheduling Office will direct bill you for your event venue space and Dining Services will bill you separately for their catering services.  All of the charges you will incur for rental of spaces will be available to you to view on your Approval and Agreement form from the Scheduling office.  Likewise, Dining Services charges to you will be included in your contract with them for Catering services.

A check for a deposit of 50% of the entire bill for rental charges is expected with return of the Application/Agreement for Use of College Facility for Educational Purposes.
