Lambda Alpha Epsilon (LAE) is the professional fraternal name for the American Criminal Justice Association. The group aims to improve criminal justice learning through educational activities; create professionalism in law enforcement; promote academic and public awareness of criminal justice; and encourage high standards of conduct and training within the criminal justice field.

Johnson County Community College’s chapter is Zeta Rho Omega. ZRO participates in criminal justice-related activities, volunteering in the community, competing in regional and national LAE conferences, and planning Criminal Justice Day which is held on campus every September.

This year our chapter is honored to host the 2010 Regional conference in October 2010.
