Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Wellness
Physical activity, Wellness, and the knowledge of Exercise Science are imperative to the individual’s physical fitness, emotional health and intellectual growth. Therefore, it is the mission of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Wellness (HPER & Wellness) Department to promote and provide opportunities for physical activity, wellness and the study of Exercise Sciences for JCCC students, employees and staff. The HPER department will accomplish this mission through the design and delivery of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Wellness curriculum and associated programs.
