 Monday Staff on 10-month contract return.
13 Wednesday Staff on 9-month contract return.

13-19

 Wednesday-Tuesday Professional Development Days for faculty.
College offices open.
18 Monday Martin Luther King's Birthday. Classes not in session. College offices closed.
20 Wednesday First day of spring credit classes.

March

15-21   Monday-Sunday Spring Break. Classes not in session. College offices open, Monday through Friday (restricted hours).

April

15   Thursday Last day to withdraw from a 16-week class and receive a "W".

May

15-20   Friday-Thursday Scheduled final exams for students.
Final exams begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 14 for Friday evening only classes. Final exams continue through Thursday, May 20.
21   Friday Last day of spring semester. Commencement. Last day for staff on 9-month contract.
24   Monday Grades entered online by professors by 5 p.m.
27   Thursday Last day for staff on 10-month contract.
31   Monday Memorial Day Holiday. College offices closed.

NOTE:

Saturday classes begin on January 23 and end on May 15.
Sunday classes begin on January 24 and end on May 16.
Saturday classes will not meet on March 20.
Sunday classes will not meet on March 21.

Additional Notation: During the 2009-10 academic year, there are 5 curriculum development days.
