Johnson County Community College's academic concert canceled

Johnson County Community College's academic concert by the JCCC Music Masters Concert Band scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, in Polsky Theatre has been canceled.

Two other upcoming concerts, listed below, are still scheduled at 7:30 p.m. in Polsky Theatre of the Carlsen Center. Events are free and open to the public.

  • Wednesday, Dec. 6 The JC Winds, a community symphonic band, will perform works by Gould, Tucker, Whitacre and Tichelli.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 12 JCCC Jazz Night will feature the Midnight Blues Jazz Choir and the Midnight Express Jazz Ensemble.
