2009 Cavalier Baseball Team Assaults the Record Books

OVERLAND PARK, KS -- The Johnson County Community College baseball team had an amazing 2009 season. The team posted a 43-14 record, which are the most wins in head coach Kent Shelley’s tenure. Even more impressive are the number of players who etched their names into the all-time records books of the Cavaliers baseball program. Overall, 14 team or individual records were broken or tied, along with 46 other statistics that were good enough to be etched in the record books among season and career leaders. Here is a list of the 2009 accomplishments.
