Box Office Services

The JCCC box office serves 150 events and distributes 100,000 tickets during the year. You may purchase tickets:

  • By phone – 913-469-4445 (913-469-4485 Deaf and Hard of Hearing TDD/TTY)

  • By fax – 913-469-7648
  • In person – in the CC Lobby
  • By mail – JCCC Box Office, 12345 College Blvd. Overland Park, KS 66210

The Box Office is open Mon – Fri., 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and one hour before curtain.

The Carlsen Center is a member of the International Ticketing Association (INTIX).

Concert Guidelines

  • If emergency calls are expected, notify the house management.
  • Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the artist and house management.
  • Refreshments are available at most events. Food and beverages are not permitted in the theaters.
  • Smoking is prohibited by city ordinance.
  • Children 5 years and older are welcome to attend performances.
  • For your safety, aisles, stairs and foyers are to be kept clear.

General Information

  • Johnson County Community College is committed to making reasonable modifications to its services, programs and activities as required by Title 11 of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Requests for reasonable modifications should be made by contacting Access Services, 913-469-8500, ext. 3521, or TDD/TTY 469-3885.
  • Interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing and infrared hearing units are available at certain performances.  Please call the Box Office.
  • Usher services for all events are provided by the Carlsen Center Vol*Stars.  To become a member, call Roxanne Hillman, at 913-469-8500, ext. 3674.
  • In case of an emergency, the Carlsen Center is a state-of-the-art performance hall with comprehensive fire alarm and sprinkling systems.  Exits are clearly marked and lighted.  Take time to identify the exits nearest you.  If the fire alarm is activated, follow staff instructions and proceed deliberately to one of these exits and leave the building.  Do not re-enter until notified.

As a common courtesy to the artists and other audience members, and due to contractual requirements, the use of the following is strictly prohibited:

  • cell phones
  • text messaging
  • camera phones
  • videotaping
  • sound recording devices
  • cameras

For the duration of the performance, please silence…

  • watch alarms
  • any other noise making device
