JCCC's Workforce, Community and Economic Development branch offers more than 2,600 business, professional, and personal enrichment programs a year.

  • The Center for Business and Technology
    provides the latest training available in computer software, information technology, and management and supervisory skills to companies in the metropolitan area.

  • Health and Human Services
    offers the health professional community a broad range of continuing education opportunities, including seminars, computer-based instruction, independent study programs, online courses and contract training designed to meet the present and future challenges of health care delivery.

  • Professional Education
    provides occupational and technical preparation, licensure, certification and recertification courses in real estate, early childhood education, mediation, human resource management, payroll and technical trades.

  • The Public Safety Training Center
    offers specialized areas of study in leadership, ethics and stress management for law enforcement, fire services and emergency medical technicians.

  • Community Services
    offers personal enrichment, leisure activities, basic skills and language courses for children, adults and seniors.

  • Kansas Small Business Development Center
    helps entrepreneurs and small business owners start and grow their businesses through professional consulting, training, and resources.
