Principles of Real Estate: Pre-license Instruction and Exam Review

The course prepares you to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Kansas and is the first in a series of steps required by the KS Real Estate Commission to obtain your license. To enroll you must have a high school diploma or GED. Upon completion of this course you must pass both parts of a licensing examination given by PEARSON VUE.

Home Inspection Certificate

The National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI) online Home Inspection Course consists of 12 lessons that cover the major elements of a house and the principal issues and components of a home inspection. You will learn detailed information on residential construction, including basic building design and construction materials and practices. The focus, however, is on home inspection-including: standards of practice, defects recognition, inspection guidelines, and reporting methodologies. Check with your state's home inspection regulatory board regarding specific requirement for licensure.
